The Phoenix Method Limited is a 12 week habit coaching programme designed to help get your health back on track by tapping into the power of positive psychology and mindfulness for women going through the menopause. We can help you get your mojo back so you can keep doing the things you love.

Split into 2 week blocks, each section aims to inspire you to look at your mental well-being, encouraging you to delve into your current behaviours to see where you are now and work towards where you want to be.

The more you know about yourself, the easier it is to take care of yourself.

Accountability and support

Sometimes with these types of programmes, you can be left to navigate your way through them on your own, feeling uncomfortable reaching out for support or asking a question about what you are experiencing in case you are “the only one”.

Guess what? There is only one of you (twins aside). You have to remember, that YOU are unique. So you are bound to experience things differently from others, but it doesn’t mean you have to experience things on your own.

I can help. Think of me as your professional nagger, your friend, your guiding light in a pair of pants so large, Bridget Jones wants a pair just like them, if not the actual pair of pants I am wearing!

I will tell you what you need to hear, maybe even stuff you don’t want to hear, some of it might be gossip. All of it will be true!

It will be hard work, it will be emotional and one of us is likely to end up crying. But if you stick with it, you will see the changes happening. They will be slow but they will be happening. Often the slow burners are the best!

There is a Facebook group you can join where you will hear any news, get additional tips, receive free meditations and meet a whole bunch of women working through The Phoenix Method programmes.

You also get support via text and email for days when you just need a little direction, a boost or even a pep talk.

Why work with me?

 I am passionate about taking care of well-being, and leading the healthiest life possible. I am not a big fan of taking medication for everything or faddy diets where you pop a pill to burn fat or increase fibre. I have always done everything as naturally as possible and made plenty of mistakes along the way. I LOVE helping clients discover what works for them and seeing the results they get when they take their time and really learn about themselves.

My goal is to help as many women enjoy the experience of ageing healthily and positively, using as many simple and easy-to-implement, timesaving techniques as possible. After all, you want to be out enjoying life, right?
