The aim of this programme is for you to learn about your eating habits and food preferences as these are likely to change during menopause, and help you choose the right foods which can help your body naturally manage the changes happening in your body, reducing inflammation and painful joints in the process.
By understanding your eating habits, you learn to be more mindful of how and what you eat. If you snack regularly it will encourage you to look at why you do, and if anything triggers your snacking. It will also help you identify the difference between hunger and thirst, and the importance of good hydration.
There is a lot of value in recording what you eat. It’s a behaviour that takes seconds to minutes to do. Each time you do it, it reinforces your desire to make healthy food choices. Why work with me?
I am passionate about taking care of well-being, and leading the healthiest life possible. I am not a big fan of taking medication for everything or faddy diets where you pop a pill to burn fat or increase fibre. I have always done everything as naturally as possible, and I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way. I LOVE helping clients discover what works for them and seeing the results they get when they take their time and really learn about themselves.
