“The ‘Sleep Better’ Programme was clear and easy to follow. It enabled me to become more attune with the reasons I wasn’t sleeping well and then showed me how to implement small habits to build a better sleep routine over the course of the two weeks which meant that I was sleeping far better by the end of the programme. The daily check ins were useful and ensured that I completed my habits even if I had a busy day where any routine would normally go out the window. I also found the messenger option really useful as it meant that my coach was always on hand for advice should I need it. Overall the ‘Sleep Better’ Programme was a success for me.”
